The critical components for a Genius Career
What they are ... Why you need them ... How to get them
The downside of Human Skills is that you'll need to go through a learning process.

Either enhancing what you have or adding new skills. And so, the downside is the time and effort to learn practice and internalize

It means you may need to work through the uncomfortableness of doing something new

Of undergoing change

Like riding a bike, it can be challenging to learn them at first, because you can't just learn by reading about them, or sitting in a classroom, or online - you have to practice them and apply them.

But just like riding a bike, you soon get the feel of it and it starts to become part of the way you do things

You'll develop a set of skills that will help you, not just in your career, but also in so many other areas of your life

Skills that can have a massive positive impact on your life

Eventually it's like reaching into your wardrobe and putting on a set of clothes that you're comfortable with and are perfect for the occasion
